Mega Solutions offers competitive benefits for our employees. Whether you're a CDL driver or a non-driving placement, the following benefits are available:

  • Personal/Sick Time - Employees earn three (3) personal/sick days per year, following 3 months of full-time (30+ hrs/wk) employment.
  • Holiday Time - Employees earn six (6) paid holidays per calendar year following 3 months full-time (30+ hrs/wk) employment. Employees are required to be working or available for work on the days immediately prior to and after the holiday.
  • Vacation Time - Employees earn one week (calculated based on the average number of hours worked per week over 52 weeks) vacation at the completion of the first year of full-time (30+ hrs/wk) employment.
    This increases to two (2) weeks after 3 years of Full-Time (30+hrs/wk) employment

Insurance Offerings

Mega Solutions of Massachusetts sponsors an employee benefit package that has been designed for both quality and ease of use. Participation is limited to full-time employees who have maintained full-time status for at least 90 days. Full time employment is defined as working or being available to work no less than 30 hours per week.
